The Effect of Mycorrhiza Applications on Growth and Yield in Some Strawberry Cultivars under Calcareous Soil Conditions

This study was conducted in the research and practices of greenhouses at University Selçuk, Faculty Agriculture Horticulture Department. The effects three different mycorrhiza species combinations strawberry plants on plant growth nutrition were investigated strawberries cultivars. According to results, it determined that Glomus chlorodum alone combination increased stem fresh root weights, leaf relative water content, number stems, leaves compared control plants. However, no significant changes could be obtained with mycorrhizal applications membrane permeability chlorophyll values all varieties used. Nutrient analysis nitrogen, magnesium, iron, manganese, boron application increases has been achieved. etunicatum + deserticola had best results. As a result this study, can suggested used promote calcareous soil conditions.
